Despite some minor issues with the sleepers and air conditioning, the overall experience was positive.The hotel's convenient location near Insadong and several palaces made exploring Seoul with my family effortless. We particularly enjoyed our visit to Insa-dong and found it to be a vibrant and cultural hub. A leisurely stroll at Ttukseom Hangang Park provided a lovely escape amidst the bustling city.The courteous staff, especially the helpful reception team, catered to our needs promptly and with a smile. The cleanliness of the rooms and the bright white towels added a touch of luxury to our stay. For families seeking a blend of tradition and modernity, Insadong Crown offers a comfortable and welcoming retreat in the heart of Seoul. Our stay was a perfect balance of family-friendly amenities and cultural immersion, making us eager to return for another visit.
